CAD Cut: Cad cut transfers are a low cost single colour name or number, perfect for sports teams. No minimum quantities.

Digital Transfer: Digital transfers are perfect for companies or clients needing a full colour impact image, no image is too complex for a digital transfer, ideal alternative to screen printing where many colours are needed but not high volume.

Screen printing is the choice for retail garments, any image can be captured perfectly with pantone matched colours. This method is ideal for high volume garments. Embroidery digitizing is converting your company logo or image into a file which the embroidery machine can read and stitch.

Every digitization is sent out on fabric prior to proceeding with order for the customer to be approved. Usual turnaround is 48 hours from receipt of logo digitize and send out.

New customers or new designs are subject to initial digitization charge of £20.00 to set-up their logo or image, this is a one off fee, repeat orders will just be charged at the standard embroidery rate.

Set-up charges are based on embroideries being 10,000 stitches or under, any logo over this customers shall be made aware of the cost before proceeding.

For the larger customer that needs a fully bespoke clothing solution, we can provide you with all the tools you need to have the "WOW FACTOR" garments.

Re-labelling
This involves unpicking existing neck label and replacing with your bespoke neck label.

Tagless Lebel:
Adding in a heat seal tagless label is very popular within the retail sector now, provides a very high finish with no minimum quantities.

Woven Labels:
Adding in a woven label is the very highest quality of finishes and provides a great image. There is a minimum order of 100 labels, however we can hold stock of your labels for any future orders if your initial requirement is under this amount.

We inspect every order to ensure the highest quality has been delivered for your garments.

Orders are boxed and dispatched via a next day courier.

However if you have orders that need to be dispatched to various locations or you are a retailer and want your items delivered direct to your customer the we can arrange this.

We can pick and polybag the requested garment and send out on your behalf even with your own dispatch labels so no-one would ever know that it did not come from yourselves.
