Machine pre treatment dark shirts (Resolute Ink)
Resolute Machine Binding Agent pre-treatment formulation (for use with white ink in pre treatment machines.) This has been developed to reduce shiny residues which other formulations are prone to. The nanoparticle polymers used in the pre-treatment produce a flat receptive coating ready to accept the white ink flawlessly. Once the white ink drops come into contact with the pre-treated surface, a chemical reaction occurs causing the inks to sit up on the surface of the textile rather than sink through. The result is an opaque white print. Please note: this pre treatment will not work in a hand held spray gun. Pre treatment machines very often need to put more liquid down onto the shirt in order to achieve a nice even coating across the whole shirt. This special formula with a lower viscosity can be applied heavier than with a treat machine than a hand spray gun. It will cure off leaving a smooth surface ready to accept the image and gives superb washability. Whilst this product is mainly used in high production environments untilising a tunnel dryer, it can be cured with a traditional heat press by pressing for a few more seconds.
